§ 35.05. AUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS.

Latest version.

(A) The Council, having jurisdiction over the finances of the town, authorizes the use of credit cards by employees holding the following titles:
(1) Town Marshal;
(2) Superintendent of Public Works; and
(3) Assistant Superintendent of Public Works.
(B) Credit cards issued to each such employee may be used to purchase office supplies, equipment, equipment parts, services and all other expenses of such employees which are authorized by the Council.
